Pickovo is a cloud-based fleet and garage management platform designed for African organisations. It connects every stakeholder in the vehicle lifecycle — from the fleet manager who assigns vehicles to the mechanic who services them — in one unified, role-aware system.
Multi-tenant architecture
Each organisation operates in a fully isolated workspace. Your vehicles, jobs, users, and reports are never visible to other organisations on the platform.
Role-based access
Every user is assigned a single role that determines what they can see and do. Roles include Fleet Manager, Tenant Admin, Garage Admin, Driver, Mechanic, TIP Admin, and Regulatory Officer.
Five tenant models
Pickovo supports five organisation types: Fleet-only (A), Standalone Garage (B), Garage Network (C), Transport Inspection Body (D), and Regulatory Authority (E). Each model unlocks a different set of modules.
Subscription plans
Each tenant operates on a plan — Trial, Starter, Growth, or Enterprise — that controls the number of users, vehicles, and advanced features available.
